IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE

Who is this program for?

This intensive three-week program is tailored for young people aged 15-24. We offer 12 different levels, from beginner to advanced. 

Not a typical classroom experience

Instructors from Europe, Canada and the USA will help you improve your English communication skills through interactive classes, conversation groups, games and performances.

Community & Exploration

Live and study with students from Lithuania and beyond. Fun classes, evening clubs and weekend excursions will make a memorable summer experience.

LCC INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY

LCC International University is a North American-style liberal arts university located on the coast of the Baltic Sea in Lithuania. Currently there are over 60 different countries represented at LCC. The language of instruction in English.

CERTIFICATION

Students, who attend over 85% of the class hours, will receive an official certificate that indicates their English skills level within the Common European Framework of Reference for languages.

Typical day at SLI

  • 8:00 – Wake-up call
  • 9:00 – Classes begin. Morning classes focus is on using all of the language skills. Students are assigned to groups according to their level of English.
  • 12:00 – Lunch break
  • 13:00 – Classes resume. Afternoon classes focus on one language skill, for example public speaking, creative writing, conversation, or topics like current events, literature, fairy and folk tales. Students attend three different classes for one hour each.
  • 16:00 – Classes finish
  • 17:00 – Homework time
  • 18:00 – Time for students to cook and eat dinner
  • 19:00 – Clubs (art, Zumba, dance, jogging, crafts, drawing, cooking, Spanish and many more)
  • 21:00 – Evening activity / Community event (movie, games, music, talent show, etc.)
