1) If a student requests to leave classes, the teacher is the first person who should be informed. The teacher will want to talk with the student to explore the reasons for the student’s departure.
2) If the student requests a refund, the ELI director will fill out the Tuition Refund Form. One side of the form (office copy) will be kept for ELI files and another (student’s copy) will be given to the student.
3) The student must also sign the form.
4) The director informs the student of the working hours of the cashier and gives the student the completed Tuition Refund Form.
5)The student may then go to the Business office with his/her copy and an ID to get the refund.
6) The Business office will use its own records and this document to determine exactly how much the student will be refunded.
7) Refunds will not be given without approval from ELI director and the Business office.
