Journey of the growth

This award is an incredible reminder about the journey and growth I experienced throughout my time in Leadership Development Program. I was honored to participate in it since my first year, and it radically changed my understanding of leadership. 

However, this award is not so much a symbol of my own work as it is of what I learned about teamwork, the journey I had alongside amazing mentors, and the unique LCC community – all of which challenged me to grow and lead me through ups and downs.
