2026-05-19
The Center for Dialogue and Conflict Transformation is pleased to announce that our Peace Center has
relocated to the Learning Commons here at LCC International University. This move marks an exciting
new chapter — new space, new possibilities, and the same deep commitment to peacebuilding that has
guided us from our inception.
In the video below, Director Naomi Enns reflects on what this move means and what the Peace Center
continues to strive toward: connecting people with compassion, honestly engaging the traumas and
histories we carry, and building bridges across the divides that fragment our world.
As Naomi reminds us, peace is not something that is simply made — it is in the making. It is present in
every step we take with one another, in every conversation that creates understanding, and in every act
of courage that chooses connection over hostility.
Grounded in our four pillars — Conflict Transformation & Resilience, Applied Research & Dialogue,
Action, Advocacy & Awareness Raising, and Peace, Dialogue & Trainings — the Peace Center remains a
place for students, researchers, practitioners, and community members to gather, grow, and work
together toward a more just and peaceful world.
We invite you to come and see the new space. Come and join us.
