The Freshman Survey is conducted in September after add/drop week in order to collect extensive information that allows for a snapshot of what incoming students are like before their experience LCC.

Survey includes:
  • Student’s academic preparedness
  • Learning habits
  • Expectations
  • Values
  • Financial concerns

Current student survey

Every year in February LCC conducts a Net Promoter Score Survey that helps to get a feedback about the university from all current LCC students. 

What is NPS?

The NPS ranges from -100 to +100. Based on the global NPS standards, any score above 0 would be considered “good”, 50 and above being excellent while 70 and above is considered “world class”.  

Survey consists of two questions
  • How likely is it that student would recommend LCC to a friend or colleague?
  • What changes would LCC have to make for student to give it a higher rating?
Continious growth to NPS 28

In 2019 we reached NPS 28. Result for 2018 was NPS 14 and in 2017 we scored 8 NPS.

Recent graduate survey

Each year, 7 months after graduation LCC International University conducts a survey with a purpose to collect information about the activities of its most recent graduates. 

Survey includes:
  • Graduate's employment status
  • Further education plans
  • Perception of the quality of education received at LCC
