Staying in Klaipėda

We are based in Lithuania's third-largest city, located on the Baltic Sea. Klaipėda is a cultural and business hub that transforms into a resort for the summer season.

You will have no difficulties finding your way around town and enjoying local culture. Over 80% of youth and a fair number of the older generation speak English.

Lithuania is a member of the EU and Schengen Agreement, which means you can explore neighboring countries and Central Europe without borders.

“Making friends who are different than me”

“Meeting people from countries that are so different from mine and becoming their friends made me break my the prejudices. Also, being far from my home and country made me to appreciate even more what I have and I feel so proud of where I come from!”

“Searching for answers in a Christian community”

“The diversity of people around you at LCC is incredible - 43 nationalities! You learn so much without any restrictions, without being afraid of judgement. You can and are encouraged to openly ask questions about religion, politics, diversity and other difficult topics. This is one of the benefits of being at LCC! What I really like about LCC is the Christian community and spending a semester here has made me realize that everywhere you go God works in different ways.”

“Sharing experiences globally”

"The highlight of my exchange program at LCC International University was the conversations I had with students and professors. I have gained immense knowledge from communicating, socializing and sharing experiences with other international students in such a diverse setting. I became more self-confident and learned how to adapt in a new culture and environment through observation and friendships."
