Scott has over 25 years of leadership and communication expertise in the non-profit sector, spanning executive board leadership, public speaking, marketing, and teaching.

As well as a dedication to teaching communication, Scott and his wife Lori actively invest in outreach, instruction, and mentoring across Eastern Europe. Coming from San Antonio, TX, a renowned basketball city synonymous with the San Antonio Spurs, and Gonzaga University, famed for its basketball program, they fully embrace Lithuania's rich basketball tradition. They love to support every Moose Basketball home game possible.
