Scott has over 25 years of practical leadership and communication experience in the non-profit sector, encompassing executive board leadership, public speaking and teaching, as well as web and social.

In addition to teaching communication Scott and his wife Lori, invest in outreach, instruction and mentoring of learners across Eastern Europe. 

Being from both a renowned basketball city, San Antonio, TX, the home of the San Antonio Spurs, and basketball university, Gonzaga University, they fully embrace the great Lithuania basketball tradition, and most of all love attending every possible Moose Basketball home game.
