Margarita holds a BA in Business Administration from LCC International University and M.Ed in Adult Education Klaipeda University. In her work, Margarita provides leadership to the Student Life division that is responsible for university-related co-curricular programs and services such as intercultural programs, freshmen orientation, residence life, and housing, spiritual formation, psychological and career counseling, and leadership development. She serves on the President’s Cabinet and Cabinet Executive and provides leadership on issues that affect students. With a decade of experience in Higher Education Administration and Student Affairs, she is dedicated to enrich student learning and support holistic student development and growth. She is a current member of the Association of Christians in Student Development (ACSD) and has served on the International Advisory Board of NASPA in the past.
