Bio

I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at LCC International University.  I received a PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision from Regent University (2015).  I have been teaching at LCC International university since 2002 and counseling couples and individuals since 2014.  Prior work experience includes teaching English at a secondary school and English tutoring in Klaipeda, Lithuania. Prior education includes a BA in Theology from Lithuanian Christian Fund College (1999) and an MA in Counseling from Regent University (2002). I have been volunteering as a supervisor to counseling students in Lithuania and Ukraine since 2014. Additional volunteer experience includes interpreting at church and conferences as well as speaking at conferences and teaching at churches and various volunteer organizations on the subject of adoption, emotions, and marital relationships. I am passionate about God, adoption, and relationships; thus, my research interests are in the areas of couple relationships, adoption, and the relationship between spirituality/religion and couple and family wellbeing.
