Bio

Dr. Jeff Suderman is a consultant, professor and futurist who is passionate about improving personal, organizational, and board performance. As a ‘pracademic’, his vision is to practically apply contemporary business principles to real-life organizational issues. 

For the past 20 years, he has served as the owner & CEO of Suderman Solutions, a management consulting firm that serves the education, non-profit, and business sectors. Jeff works to help organizations develop their ‘secret sauce’ by using the ingredients of organizational development. Furthermore, as a Canadian who lives in the US and works internationally, Jeff brings a global perspective to his classroom and work.

Jeff earned his Doctorate in Strategic Leadership at Regent University (Virginia) and his M.A. Leadership degree at Trinity Western University (British Columbia, Canada) where he was awarded the Canadian Governor General’s Gold Medal Award for Academic Excellence. He teaches Master’s and Doctoral courses on leadership, strategy, ethics, and organizational development for universities in the USA, Canada, and Europe.
