Bio

Currently serving as an Undergraduate Admissions Recruiter at LCC International University, Ieva Mileriūtė is dedicated to helping prospective students discover opportunities for academic and personal growth. As an LCC alumna with a BA in Psychology, she brings firsthand experience and insight to her role. During her studies, she completed a practicum under the guidance of neuropsychologist Dr. David Lee Nyenhuis, contributing to the standardization of neuropsychological tests for the Lithuanian adult population. This experience inspired her bachelor's thesis, Predictors of Subjective Memory Scores in Younger and Older Adults. Beyond academics, she was an active member of the Common Grounds Café staff, working as a barista for two years. In that role, she enjoyed serving the campus community, engaging in meaningful conversations, and building lasting connections with students, faculty, and visitors.
