Bio

Currently serving as a Residence Director at LCC International University, Elizabeth Mott is passionate about fostering a supportive and engaging residential community where students can grow both personally and academically. Her work in student development is grounded in her academic background, having earned an M.A. in Higher Education and Student Development. Prior to joining LCC, she worked as a Graduate Resident Advisor at Wheaton College, gaining valuable experience in building inclusive campus communities. Originally from Kazakhstan, she speaks Kazakh and enjoys connecting with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. Outside of work, she loves stories, games, baking, and long conversations.
