Caleb holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology and a Masters in Executive Leadership. He is the Director of Student Engagement and Formation and oversees community service and LCC’s Leadership Development Program. Helping students get involved in service and develop as leaders through coaching and mentoring is something Caleb is passion about.
