Last Friday, March 8, LCC hosted the 22nd National English Public Speaking Competition. Over 30 students from all over Lithuania presented their speeches on the topic “Nature is a Common Language.” The winner of the first place was Greta Pangonytė from KTU gymnasium, with a topic “Nature and Communication.” Greta will represent Lithuania at the Public Speaking Competition in London in May. Marius Šomka from Vilnius “Saulės” private gymnasium with the topic “Evolution of Ideas” received the audience vote for the Best Public Speaker. It was a pleasure to host yet another Public Speaking Competition and hear so many amazing speeches. Congratulations to all of the participants!
