Are you a Lithuanian high school student in 10th-12th grade? Proving your excellence in English language and presentation skills is a significant step towards your successful university life and future career.

The English-Speaking Union (ESU) Lithuania is inviting each participating school to send one representative to give a speech on the given topic. The winner of the national competition will have the honor to represent Lithuania in the ESU International Public Speaking Competition in London.

You will have 5 minutes to deliver a speech based on the theme. No audio/visual aid such as presentations are allowed.

The ESU National Public Speaking Competition hosted by LCC provided me with an incredible opportunity to travel, represent my country, meet unbelievably talented people from across the globe, and improve my oratory skills. My journey to the grand final of the ESU International Public Speaking Competition in London was a wonderful experience, and I will forever treasure the memories, the friendships, and the invaluable advice. The overwhelming support of LCC’s community and the hospitality of the English-Speaking Union amazed me, I can only hope to contribute to these communities in the future, continuing the lovely partnership that started at LCC!
