On Tuesday, March 3rd, staff and faculty at LCC, had a unique chance to attend a working lunch with Dr. Benjamin Doolittle from Yale School of Medicine. Dr. Doolittle shared about research he and his colleagues have done with physicians. Their research was on burnout that compared its effects to physicians happy and thriving in their work, and the effects both had on personal and professional lives. We are privileged to host Dr. Benjamin Doolittle on campus this week and look forward to a number of additional lectures he will be presenting.
