Bio

Alma graduated from LCC in 1997 with the Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Literature. She is also a graduate of the ISM University of Management and Economics with dual Master’s Diploma of Management from IB Norwegian Business School.

After almost a decade spent in Human Resources, Alma knew her biggest strength was in connecting and working with people. While living in Switzerland, she discovered her new passion for coaching. So, she reinvented herself, finished Coaching studies in Geneva and got accredited by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in San Francisco, USA. Today Alma is certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC, ACC), helping people to unlock their potential and live more fulfilling personal and professional lives. Currently, she lives in Vilnius and works globally.
