If you decide to terminate your participation,
we will refund your money based on a refund schedule. Please make sure to
inform us as soon as possible about your decision to end participation at the conference.

- Notification before February 28th, we will refund 100%
- Notification between March 1-5th, we will refund 50%
- Notification before March 15th- we will refund 25%
Changes in your plans, work schedule, business trips, studies and other personal reasons remain your responsibility.
If you decide to terminate your participation in the conference, please send an email to email@example.com .
- The conference administrator will ask you to send a request for refund by email. Here is an example of the text of the request: “Please return to me, (your name and surname) , ……………Eur to my bank account ………………………….. because I will no longer attend the Stories Shaping Peace Conference”. Send the request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- The amount to be reimbursed is calculated
according to the date of your request and the repayment schedule. If you no
longer attend but do not inform us, w will calculate the refund based on the
date of the request received from you.
- The conference administrator will
forward the received request to the LCC Finance Department. Refund shall be
made within 14 calendar days.
