SELECTED STUDENT
STEP 1: Student is pre-selected by the Selection Committee for the off campus program.
STEP 2: Student is nominated to the host institution.
STEP 3: Student completes preliminary course transfer plan (see below).
STEP 4: Student contacts migration office to be informed about their Lithuanian national Visa/TRP status (only for students from non EU countries).
STEP 5: Student submits application form and any additional documents to the host institution before their due date. It is a responsibility of the student to meet the requirements and deadlines.
STEP 6: Student submits letter of acceptance to erasmus@lcc.lt issued by the host institution. Letter must state exact semester start and end dates (letter of acceptance is issued by the host institution after it receives the requested application form materials).
STEP 7: Student completes and signs online Erasmus+ learning agreement (for Erasmus+ program only).
STEP 8. If a student is granted a scholarship, the financial agreement is signed between a student and LCC (students can also participate in the program without a scholarship ‘zero-grant’).

PRELIMINARY COURSE TRANSFER PLAN
Enter information about classes you want to take.
Students participating in the studies mobility program have to register between 24, 27, 30, 33 or 36 ECTS credits. Recommended load is an equivalent of 30 ECTS credits.
US, Korean, Chinese, Japanese and Indonesian credit system 3 credits = 6 ECTS
UK credit system 20 credits = 10 ECTS

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR STUDENTS
In order for the selected courses to transfer back towards your degree at LCC your courses must be approved by department chair and registrar.
Once the form is submitted, preliminary course transfer plan is approved by the Department Chair and the Registrar within 5 working days.
- A student will be granted off-campus student status only if all courses/credits meet degree requirements.
- Students shall not request more than one independent/online class at LCC during the participation in the studies mobility program.
- There is no duplication of content with the courses you have already taken at LCC.
- Students should not be selecting courses/credits that are not needed for their degree.
- Off-campus program should not extend student’s degree at LCC.
- All selected courses have to be part of the degree, thus have to meet program requirements. No extra, unnecessary credits may be taken.
- It is a student’s responsibility to meet graduation requirements.
